Haitian Christmas Dinner

We decided to have a traditional Haitian meal for Christmas; rice and beans, chicken, creole sauce, potato/beet salad, and a lettuce salad.  We invited some of the Adoration staff and friends over and cooked up a storm.  It was a wonderful time of celebrating Christmas and fellowshiping with our Haitian "family".
